Can i start Swimming Lessons with my 4 1/2 month old son?
We live in north queensland in Australia where swimming is a part of everyday life, summer and winter. It is getting quite hot here now so i thought i would start lessons for my son, he is 4.5 months old now. Would it be ok to start him in a pool? There is a Swim school down the road that we will go to that have professional teachers. They guide you through each lesson and show you how to teach you baby. The pool is heated and indoors so it is not in the sun. So, would it be ok to start him or is he still too young? My partner wants to take him to a local pool for a splash aswell, would that be ok or would his skin be too sensitive to the chlorine and what not in a public pool?
i recommend to not ever take him for lessons until he is 7 he is too young to have the tuff times of swimming in a 4 year old body!!!!!
